The first step to becoming a Man On The Moon patient is by completing the form on the home page to obtain your medical card. This is required by Michigan law and will not be waved for any reason at any time. Once you have received your card from the state of Michigan you may place an order by calling or emailing us. Please include your name, address, and products you are interested in receiving. There is a limit on first time customers and all transactions require a picture ID and MMJ card.
